Elite Automotive operates the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality system. This is currently being upgraded to the QS standard together with the ISO 14001 environmental standard.

Quality Management and Control

The quality department works closely with engineering to ensure that FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), control plans and process text are developed simultaneously with the new product.

Quality personnel also prepare the ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) samples and PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) documentation as required as the product nears production sign off.

Final quality checks and measures are agreed and built into the production
process to ensure that every assembly is correct, prior to dispatch.
